Xcaret Eco Parks & Tours

FAQs

Does my stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte include access to the parks from Grupo Xcaret?

Yes, our ALL-FUN INCLUSIVE™ concept includes unlimited access to Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xavage, Xoximilco and Xenotes, plus Xailing: Ferry to Isla Mujeres by Xcaret. Transportation is also included.

Are food and beverages in the park included?

Some parks have meals and beverages included. For more information, please check with your Guest Service Manager.

Are the optional activities in the parks included in my stay?

No. The optional activities are not included and must be paid at the moment of booking an activity.

Are towels provided at parks?

Only Xel-ha provides free towels. Xcaret park has towels for a small fee. You can also bring towels from the hotel.

When are the parks open?

Xcaret Park: 8:30 AM – 10 PM XSenses: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed Sunday) XPlor: 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM (Closed Sunday) Xel-Ha: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

How often do the shuttles run between the hotel and the parks?

Shuttles run every 20 – 30 minutes to Xsenses, Xcaret and Xplor. You do not need to book them. Just look for the pink shuttle with the straw roof.

How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve on site by speaking to concierge in the lobby or by calling 1-800-007-2020 or email dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com before arriving.
